We enjoyed two very productive days exhibiting at the Business Show at Excel London. First time exhibiting at the Business Show and we were very pleased with the results – in terms of both sales and Public relations.
It was a fantastic way to speak with our target audience in a relaxed, informative environment. By exhibiting at the Business Show we are exposed to a wide variety of potential clients. It additionally provides us with an opportunity to catch up face to face with existing clients who may also be in attendance but whom we might not otherwise see very often.
The show attracted more than 350 exhibiting companies including us who came to meet with over 25,000 visitors. Although this was the first time we had attended the Business Show exhibition as exhibitors, we found it to be an extremely well coordinated and organised event. The surroundings of the exhibition and location were well thought-out and proved to be conducive to our aim of meeting other attendees and discussing their requirements.
We could not be happier with our stand and our location, we have had a steady stream of customers coming to us and obviously that is great for business. We have had a good response, seeing our older accounts and plenty of independents, and it definitely felt busier as the show progressed into the second day.
We thoroughly enjoyed ourselves, although we were quite exhausted after being overwhelmed with people wanting to speak to us, at one point there was a queue! We are definitely thinking about exhibiting again next year and the location of the stand was excellent!
We really enjoyed the show and were very happy with the location and the overall quality of the visitors.We were a bit nervous, but we got some good feedback and we have already picked up some good leads from the two days.
Overall we are really happy with the whole two days. We had a great turnout, enjoyed a really good atmosphere and there was a really good flow of people. We met the clients we were looking for and these are mainly local companies
as we are London based.
The exhibition is a perfect platform for us to stay in contact with our existing clients as well. We
had a number of good negotiations with several companies and hopefully this will create new business in the upcoming months and years.
It received great interest from a diverse range of visitors from different markets such as property management companies, embassies and service offices with cleaning requirements for end of tenancy cleaning, commercial office cleaning and even residential domestic cleaning.
We chose to exhibit at the Business Show as meeting our customers is more important to us than the size of the trade show. During the two days of the Business show, we became acquainted with many exhibitors of other trades but there were just too many to go around to.
We met many prospective clients and promoted our Company’s specialist services such as Fast Removal Services, Fast Limo, Fast Gardening, Fast Building Company, Fast Car Mobile Valeting and even Fast Pet Care
We had many interesting discussions with customers looking to diversify their service offering, which resulted in the booking of a regular commercial cleaning on a hotel based service for 20 flats.
It was great to be at a show where we have time to do the job properly, meeting prospective clients with serious intentions. Twenty quality conversations beats 200 unqualified leads any day.
We also have many sales enquiries to follow-up on in the coming months, and the opportunity we had to meet with friends and colleagues and we can honestly say that this experience has been invaluable.
